Anma Japanese massage

The ancestral art of touch

A millennia-old tradition serving your balance

Japanese massage — or Anma, literally "to soothe through pressure" — is one of the oldest forms of manual care in the world. It later gave rise to Shiatsu and to many contemporary techniques.

Trained in these approaches in their classical tradition, I work without oils, through a thin kimono or directly on the skin depending on the treatment. Pressures, stretches, percussions and frictions follow the body's meridians to release tension, restore energy and calm the nervous system.
