Holding a degree in Sports Science (Athletic Conditioning specialisation) and with more than fifteen years of experience working with discerning clienteles — Club Med, fitness centres, palace hotel spas — I design programmes that are truly tailor-made.
My approach refuses the "no pain, no gain" mindset. I believe in intelligent progression — the kind that respects your physiology, your emotions and your daily life. Results aren't measured only on the scale or the stopwatch: they are felt in posture, energy, sleep, confidence.
